Worry is the result of imagining a future without Me in it. So your best defense against worry is to stay in contact with Me - both talking to Me and listening to Me.
Sometimes you do have to think about the future. The key is how you think about it. If you only think about the things you must do to plan and be prepared, then you will start to worry.
So when you must plan ahead, follow these two rules: First don't spend very much time thinking about the future. The more you think about it, the easier it is to start worrying. And second, always include Me in your thoughts. Don't just imagine what you will do - imagine what I will do.
You can trust Me to take care of you - today and in the future. Remember how very valuable you are to Me!

Luke 12:22-23；25-26
And He said to His disciples, Therefore I say to you, Do not be anxious for your life, what you should eat; nor for your body, what you should put on; For the life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. And which of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his stature? If then you cannot do even the least, why are you anxious about the rest?
Ephesians 3:20-21
But to Him who is able to do superabundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power which operates in us,To Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all the generations forever and ever. Amen.
你是宝贵的
