介绍
圣诞节是许多家庭欢聚的时候。一些亲戚会从外地来访,与家人共度一段时光。你还记得有客人的圣诞节吗?你有去拜访家人吗,也许是祖父母?耶稣出生后不久,他也有访客了。牧羊人是最先拜访耶稣的人。天使告诉他们在哪里可以找到婴儿。
稍后,一些来自东方的非常特别的访客在寻找耶稣。他们怎么找到他的?他们记得先知说过的话:

圣诞饼干非常适合用作今天的点心,尤其是如果可以找到一些星状的饼干。为着食物,为着将耶稣送到地球与我们同住,感谢神。
课程结束时的活动(5-10分钟)
用海报板纸或硬纸作出一颗非常大的星星。选一个孩子开始,把星星给他/她。让其他所有孩子都闭着眼睛坐在地板上,拿星星的孩子则走到房间的另一个位置(由他/她自己选)。然后,孩子将星星高举在头顶上,说:“他们看见那星,就极其欢乐。” 这时每个人都睁开眼睛,站起来,走到星星所在的地方,然后围着星星坐下。
快速选择另一位“领导者”,让他做同样的事。在等待接送时,让尽可能多的孩子成为“领导者”。

LESSON 2: A BRIGHT MORNING STAR

"When they saw the star, they were filled with joy." Matthew 2:10 NIRV
Why were they filled with Joy? (Because they knew Jesus was born.)
BIBLE STORY (15 minutes)
Gather the children around you in preparation for story time. After the introduction, read the verses shown from the Bible. If possible, use a Children's Bible so it will be easier for the kids to understand.
Introduction:
Christmas is a time that many families get together. Some relatives travel from far away to be with family. Do you remember a Christmas when you had visitors? How about when you visited family, perhaps your grandparents? Well shortly after Jesus was born, He had visitors too. The shepherds were the first to visit Jesus. Angels told them where to find the baby.
Some time later, some very special visitors from the east were looking for Jesus. How could they find Him? They remembered the following words of the prophets:
Read Numbers 24:17a (shown below)
"I see him, but not now. I see him, but he is not near. A star will come out of Jacob." NLV
Read Matthew 2:1-2; 9-12
Discussion Questions:
1. Magi came from the east looking for Jesus. What did they follow to find Him? (A Star.)
2. What did they want to do when they found Jesus? (To worship Him.)
3. What did the visitors bring with them? (Treasures or gifts of gold, incense and myrrh.)
4. Is a star bright or dull? (Bright.)
5. Did you know Jesus is called the Bright Morning Star? (Allow for answers.)
Read Revelation 22:16 (shown below)
"I am Jesus. I have sent My angel to you with these words to the churches. I am the beginning of David and of his family. I am the bright Morning Star." NLV

Christmas cookies will work great for today's snack, especially if you can find some in the shape of stars. Give thanks to God for the food and also for sending Jesus to earth to live with us.
CLOSING ACTIVITY (5-10 minutes)
Cut out one very large star out of poster board or construction paper. Select one child to start and give him or her the star. As all the other children sit on the floor with their eyes closed, the child with the star moves to a place in the room of their choice. Then, the child will hold the star high above his or her head and say "When they saw the star, they were filled with joy." Then everyone open their eyes, get up, go to where the star is and sit down in the new area.
Quickly choose another leader, and have them do the same. Have as many children as possible be the leader while waiting to be picked up.
