THANKFULNESS BOOK
The children will create a book of ways to thank God.

DURATION:
Approximately 10 minutes
PREPARATION:
Print one handout for each child. Lay a handout, crayons, and a pair of safety scissors at each child’s place. Create a book ahead of time to display for the class.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Read the book you created to the class to remind the children of the thankfulness lessons. Then ask them to color their own books, cut along the solid lines, and fold along the dotted lines (helping when necessary) to create their books.
Application:
We can show our thanks to God through song and dance, by giving things away, and by choosing thankfulness no matter what! Read your book with your family this week as you prepare for Thanksgiving.
