课前准备

为每个孩子打印一份活动页，剪出字母方块，放在一个小塑料袋里。

说明

请孩子们小心地清空他们的袋子，并把所有的方块翻过来，字母朝上。然后向全班展示如何拼出 "THANKS/感谢"，鼓励他们用自己的字母拼出尽可能多的这个词。

应用：

你能拼出多少个 "THANKS"（8）？看来我们拼了很多遍，这也教我们要多次表达我们的谢意! 把这些字母带回家，在父母或兄弟姐妹的帮助下练习拼写 "THANKS"。表达我们的感激之情会让神高兴，以此向他人展示神的爱!

THANKS CHALLENGE

The children will arrange letters and learn how to spell “thanks.” by Leah Pittsinger TOPICS: Thankfulness MATERIALS: Activity page [PDF] Click here Scissors Small plastic baggies DURATION: Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION: Print a handout for each child and cut out the boxes. Put each child’s letters inside a small plastic baggy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Ask the children to carefully empty their bags and flip over all the boxes so the letters are facing up. Then show the class how to spell “THANKS” and encourage them to spell the word as many times as they can with their own letters. Application: How many times were you able to spell “THANKS” (8)? It may seem that we spelled the word a lot of times, but this teaches us to show our thanks many times too! Take the letters home with you and practice spelling “THANKS” when a parent or sibling helps you. Showing our thankfulness pleases God and shows others His love!
