DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Print one prayer handout and a half-page of pictures for each child. Place the handouts and crayons at each child’s place. Then set the safety scissors and glue sticks in the middle of the table for everyone to share.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As children arrive, instruct them to color the pictures on the half-page. Then they will cut out the pictures and glue them in the correct boxes on the prayer handout as you read the Lord’s Prayer from Matthew 6:9-13.

Application: Remembering the Lord’s Prayer will help us know what to say when we pray to God. We can follow the example of the Lord’s Prayer.
