课前准备

打印活动页，将卡片剪下来。然后在每个孩子的位置上放一张卡片、一碗水果圈麦片和一个小塑料袋。

说明

在开始活动之前，提醒孩子们先洗手，或用湿巾把手擦干净。

当你朗读卡片上每种颜色所代表的祷告内容时，请孩子们从碗中找出指定颜色的水果圈（当卡片内容读完时，碗里应该已经没有水果圈了）。

然后，把水果圈和卡片一起放进塑料袋里。

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Print the handout and cut out the cards. Then place a card, bowl of fruit loops, and a plastic baggy at each child’s place.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Instruct the children to wash their hands or use wipes to clean their hands before beginning the activity. Ask the children to find the designated colors of fruit loops from their bowls as you read the card description for each color (the bowls should be empty when you are finished reading the card). Then the fruit loops will be placed in the plastic baggies with a card.

Application:

It may seem silly, but we can practice prayer by using fruit loops! Each color reminds us to pray for something specific. Take you fruit loop prayer home and practice praying this week with another family member.
