材料

一张大张的牛皮纸或白板

彩色笔、胶带

杂志上剪下来的“需要”与“想要”类的图片（见下方说明）

时间

约10分钟

课前准备

准备一些图片，分别代表：

需要类（Needs）： 水、食物、衣物、住处
想要类（Wants）： 玩具、蛋糕、豪车、炫酷科技产品

可从杂志中剪下，也可在线打印，数量应足够让每个孩子都能选到一张。

在牛皮纸或白板上画一个两栏图表：

右边栏目标题写上「需要 Needs」
左边栏目标题写上「想要 Wants」

说明

1.做

将所有图片铺在地板上，让孩子轮流上来，每人挑一张图片，贴在图表相应的位置。

在孩子贴图时，鼓励他们思考图片所代表的东西是「生活所必需」还是「可以没有的想要」。如有需要，你可以温柔地引导他们。

2.说

我们要带上“思考帽”！今天我们来分辨哪些东西是「我们真正需要的」，哪些是「我们想要但其实可以没有的」。

请看地上所有的图片。每张图片都要贴到图表上。你来决定：它是一个“需要”？还是一个“想要”？我会叫你的名字，请你上来选一张图，并贴在图表对应的位置上。然后我会问你：为什么你认为它是“需要”或“想要”？

总结重点：

需要是神知道我们生活生存不可缺少的东西，祂一定会供应。
想要是那些我们可以没有，但会让我们感觉更快乐的东西。
神当然喜欢我们享受生活，但祂也知道：太多的“想要”反而不对我们有益。
有时候神没有立刻答应我们的“想要”，是为了教导我们，或拉近我们和祂的关系。
神的道路永远是最完美的。我们不想要只是“差不多的人生”，我们想要最好的、最合祂心意的，而神知道那是什么。

Needs Verses Wants

This activity will help children learn the difference between a need and a want.by Kristy Thornton

TOPICS:

Provision, Selfishness, Trust

MATERIALS:

Large butcher paper or whiteboard

Markers, tape

Magazine pictures of needs and wants (See what you will do for details.)

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Find pictures of water, food, clothing, and shelter (needs) as well as toys, cakes, expensive cars, and cool technology (wants) in a magazine or online and cut or print them out. Have enough photos for every child.

Use the butcher paper or whiteboard to make a two-column chart. Label the top right column "Needs" and the top left column "Wants."

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lay the pictures on the floor. Students will then take turns taking pictures tape them to the chart under the appropriate heading. Allow children time to think about where the picture should go. If needed, help guide them to the correct spot.

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

I want everyone to put on their thinking caps. We are going to be describing things we need and things we want. Look at all the pictures you see on the floor. Each picture goes on the chart. It is either something we need to live or something we want and we could live without it. I will call you up one at a time to select a picture and put it on our chart. You will decide if it is a need or a want and tape it to that side. I will ask why you feel it is a need or a want.

(After all the pictures are taped to the chart) I think you all did a wonderful job. We have described what a need and a want are just by using pictures. A need is something that God will always provide for us to live and survive. A want is something that we can live without. It is more of an enjoyment. God does like us to enjoy ourselves, but sometime too much is just too much and not needed. God will withhold things we ask for sometimes to teach us or bring us closer to Him. God’s way is always perfect. We don’t want our lives to be just okay, we want what is best and perfect for us and God knows what that is. We have to trust God.
