30英尺长的绳子一条

纸胶带或丝带一条

时间

约10分钟

课前准备

用纸胶带或丝带在绳子的正中央做一个标记。然后在地上也用同样的方式做一个“中线”标记。把绳子平放在地上，使绳子的中点正好与地上的中线重合。

说明

1.做

将孩子们分成两队。分队时，尽量在人数和体重上达到平衡。

告诉孩子们，他们要玩拔河游戏。让每队的孩子走到绳子的两端，双手抓住绳子。提醒他们不要把绳子缠在手、腰或身体的其他部位上。

告诉大家，在你喊“开始”之前不能拉绳子。等双方都准备好后，解释游戏规则：哪一队先把对方中第一个成员拉过地上的中线，哪一队就赢了。确认双方准备好后，大声喊：“1……2……3……开始！”

2.说

游戏结束后：

请孩子们坐在你面前，然后对他们说：

“拔河游戏真是太有趣了！这是一个经典游戏，许多孩子都喜欢玩。虽然我不知道这个游戏起源于哪里，但看到两边的队伍努力地想把对方拉过来，真是很有意思。其实，在属灵的世界里，也有一场看不见的拔河战正在发生。魔鬼撒但恨我们，它会使用一切方法想把我们拉向黑暗的一方。撒但会用很多方式让我们跌倒，比如毒品、谎言、懒惰、不好的电影、抽烟等等……这个清单可以列很长很长。我相信你们每个人都能想到魔鬼试图诱惑或欺骗我们的许多方式。”

第二种玩法：

和前面的方法类似，但这次从一边只派一个孩子开始，另一边派三四个孩子。当你喊“开始”时，单独的孩子很快就被拉过去了。然后将双方人数均等，再玩一次，这时游戏就公平了。

借这个版本来告诉孩子们：

“你们知道吗？在属灵的争战中，我们不能孤军奋战。我们需要基督徒朋友的支持与陪伴。有时候，正是那些志同道合、属灵相通的朋友能帮助我们在困难时刻站立得稳，不被撒但的诱惑击倒。”

Spiritual Tug of War

A game that introduces the concept of spiritual warfare.

TOPICS:

MATERIALS:

30' RopeMasking tape or ribbon

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Mark the middle of the rope with masking tape or the ribbon. Using more masking or ribbon, mark the middle point on the ground. Lay the rope on the ground with the center of the rope resting on top of the ribbon or tape on the ground.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Divide the children into two teams. When choosing teams you should try and even the teams out by weight as well as by the number of children on each team. Tell the children that they will be playing a game of tug of war. Starting at the ends of the rope have each team of kids grab the rope with both hands. Be sure to instruct the kids not to wrap the rope around the hands, waist or any other part of their bodies. Tell the kids that they are not to pull on the rope until you say go. Once both sides are ready explain that the team that pulls the first member of the opposite team over the ribbon/tape on the ground wins. Ask if both teams are ready, then say 1... 2.. 3... go!

Once the game is over ask the children to sit on the ground in front of you. Then say "Tug of war is a lot of fun! It's an old classic that's been enjoyed by kids of all ages for quite some time. I'm not really sure where or when the game originated, but it's fun to see both teams struggle to pull the other team over to their side. Did you know it's the same in the spiritual realm? The Devil hates us and uses every thing in his power to pull us over to the dark side. Satan uses many things to try and get us to fall, things like drugs, lies, laziness, bad movies, smoking, why the list goes on and on and on. I'm sure all of you can think of many ways in which the devil may tempt or trick us.

The good news is we don't have to fight this struggle all by ourselves! God will help us overcome our adversary. Although Satan is very strong and very cunning, he is no match for the strength or wisdom of God. When we ask God into our lives He will be more than happy to help us win the spiritual tug of war. There are many ways we can use God's strength and gifts to overcome evil. We can pray, read the Bible, attend church & Sunday school and fellowship with other believers! I bet you kids can think of other ways we can use the strength God gives us to help defeat the forces of evil."

Version Two:

Much like the version above, but this time start with just one child on the first team and three or four children on the opposite team. Yell "Go" and the single child is quickly pulled across to the other side. Even the number of children and play the game again. This time the game is fair. Explain to the children the importance of surrounding themselves with Christian friends. There are times in life when having the support and understanding of like-minded friends will help you stand strong and avoid the temptations Satan throws at all of us.
