课前准备

根据以下步骤先做一个成品作为示范品。

说明

让孩子把糖霜抹满整片 Graham 饼干。
用红色软糖条在饼干中央摆出一个十字架，把软糖轻压进糖霜里固定。
再用 Cheerios® 和 M&M’s® 装饰十字架周围（如示例图）。

复活节是为耶稣而设的节日。祂为我们牺牲，在十字架上为我们死，第三天复活。

凡相信的人，就得着生命的粮——耶稣自己。我们虽然被罪污染，但祂能使我们洁白如雪。接下来，我们用这个小点心来表达这些真理。

Graham 饼干：

饼干代表我们的身体。我们是罪人，也暴露在世界中。给每个孩子一片饼干（准备多几片，避免弄破）。

糖霜：

糖霜代表耶稣能使我们“如雪般洁白”。当我们信靠祂，祂就赦免我们的罪，清洁我们一切的不义。（以赛亚书 1:18）让孩子把糖霜均匀涂上。

红色软糖条：

软糖条用来做十字架——耶稣在其上为我们死。它是红色，代表祂的宝血为我们流出。（歌罗西书 1:20）让孩子把十字架摆在糖霜上。

Cheerios：

耶稣说祂是生命的粮；到祂这里来的必不饥饿。（约翰福音 6:35）让孩子把 Cheerios 摆在十字架周围，留些空位给 M&M’s。

M&M’s：

这些颜色缤纷的糖果代表我们跟随耶稣每日所领受的许多祝福。让孩子在饼干周围与十字架旁加入 M&M’s。

BREAD OF LIFE

Children make an edible treat which represents the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross.

PREPARATION:

Using the instructions below, make one food craft before class to use as a sample.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The children will spread frosting all over the graham cracker. Then make a cross using the licorice candy by pushing it into the frosting in the center of the cracker. Next they will decorate the cross by pushing Cheerios® and M&M's® into the frosting around the the cross. (see example above)

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

Easter is a celebration of Jesus. He sacrificed His life by dying on the cross for us, but He rose again on the third day. Whoever believes this will receive the bread of life which is Jesus Himself. Although we are stained with sin, He will wash us as white as snow. Now, we will make a yummy treat to show all of this.

Graham Cracker: This graham cracker represents our bodies. We are sinners and exposed to the world. Give each child a cracker. Have extras available in case some break.

Frosting:

This frosting represents how Jesus will wash us as white as snow. When we trust in Him, He will forgive our sins and clean us from all unrighteousness. (Isaiah 1: 18) Have the children spread on the frosting.

Licorice: The licorice is used for the cross where Jesus died for our sins. It is red, because it was on the cross where His blood was shed for us. (Colossians 1: 20) Have the children place the cross on the frosting.

Cheerios: Jesus said He is the bread of life. Whoever comes to Him will never be hungry. (John 6:35) Have the children place cheerios around the cross leaving some spaces for the M&M's.

M&M's: These colorful candies represent the many blessings we receive when we follow Jesus, and trust in Him everyday of our life. (Have the children add M&M's around the perimeter of the cracker. Have the children place M&M's around the cross.
