课前准备

课前，为班上的每个孩子打印并剪下一套祈祷手。祈祷手1包含左手，祈祷手2包含右手。如果使用中等厚度的卡纸打印手，手工制作的耐用性将更长。

说明

1.做：

让孩子们给每只手的一面涂上颜色。注意：只给印有图案的一面涂色 - 手的另一面应该保持空白，以便更容易粘贴到木制衣夹上。

帮助孩子们在衣夹末端写上他们的名字。

当孩子们完成着色后，帮助他们将手粘贴到木制衣夹上。在将手粘贴到木制衣夹上时，两只手的手指应该对齐，这样当从侧面看时，手就在祈祷。手越往外粘贴在衣夹上，它们的活动范围就越大。一旦胶水干了，可以稍微弯曲纸制手指尖，这样当衣夹关闭时它们就会接触在一起，看起来就像是在鼓掌。

ANIMATED PRAYER HANDS

PREPARATION:

Before class, print and cut out a set of prayer hands for each child in your class. Prayer Hands #1 contains the left hands and Prayer Hands #2 contains the right hands. The craft will last longer if you print the hands on medium card stock.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Have the children color one side of each hand. Note: Children should only color the side that has printing on it - the back side of the hand should remain as bare paper so that it will be easier to glue to the wooden clothes pin.

Help the children write their names on the end of the clothes pin.

Once the children have finished coloring one side of both hands, help them glue the hands to their wooden clothes pin. When gluing the hands onto the wooden clothes pin, the fingers of each hand should line up, so that the hands appear to be praying when viewed from the side. The further out the hands are glued on the clothes pin, the more range of movement they will have. Once the glue is dry, the paper finger tips can be slightly bent in so that they touch when the clothes pin is closed. When the clothes pin is opened and closed it will appear that the hands are clapping.

Let the glue dry and then demonstrate how the hands can open and close as if clapping or remain closed to appear as if praying.

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

As you help the children create their prayer hands, talk about the importance of prayer. Name some of the people in the Bible who God helped because of prayer.
