课前活动

为班上每个孩子（包括老师自己）打印一份手工页，最好用厚卡纸。

先把自己的手工页涂色，让它看起来像你自己。然后剪下外形，贴在墙上或布告栏上，作为孩子们的示范样例。

说明

1.做

向全班说明，圣经在 歌罗西书 3:14 里告诉我们：“爱能把一切都联结在一起！”
告诉孩子们，他们将一起作一个表达神之爱的班级展示墙。每个人都要为一张“自己”的图像上色，然后把它贴在墙上/布告栏上，让大家的“手”连在一起，象征“爱让我们相连”。
给每个孩子发活动页、蜡笔或彩笔，以及安全剪刀。
让孩子们给图像上色并剪下来（必要时提供协助）。
帮助孩子选择放置的位置，将作品贴在墙上或布告栏上，让所有图像“手拉手”连在一起。

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Print one handout on card stock paper for every person in the class (including yourself). Color your handout to look like you. Then cut out the outline and affix it to either the wall or a bulletin board as an example for the class.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Explain to the class that the Bible tells us in Colossians 3:14 that love binds, or holds, everything together! Tell the children that they will work together to make a classroom display of God’s love by coloring a picture to look like them and then placing it on the wall/bulletin board to “hold hands” with the other pictures. Give each child a handout, crayons or markers, and safety scissors. Allow the children to color the outlines, cut them out (with assistance if necessary), and choose where to place them on the wall/bulletin board.

Application:

Tell the class that even when we disagree or are angry with one another, the Bible teaches us that God’s love can still hold us together. We know that His love is the most powerful thing on earth because He sent Jesus to die for our sins (the best example of love we could ever receive)! We will remember to love one another when we see our special project, and we can tell everyone we know about God’s love.
