课前活动

从彩色卡纸中剪下六个大爱心形状。在每个爱心上写一个词语，分别是：感恩、宽恕、爱、智慧、服事、耐心。

将这些爱心稍微间隔地贴在地板上。然后用胶带在距离爱心大约 5–10 英尺的地方做一个“投掷线”的标记。

说明

将地上的六个词读给孩子们听。解释规则：每个孩子轮流投掷沙包，尽量让沙包落在（或接近）某个爱心上。当一个孩子成功击中某个爱心后，请他/她分享一个实际例子，说明一个信徒如何展现这个特质。

例如：

“我可以对妈妈表达感恩，因为她每天早上帮我准备去上学。”

鼓励孩子们给出具体的例子，而不是空泛地说：“我需要饶恕别人”或“我要去爱人”。继续游戏，直到六个词都被谈论过一轮为止。

Bean Bag Hearts

TOPICS:

MATERIALS:

2 bean bags, construction paperScissors, markers, tape

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Cut out six large paper hearts from the construction paper. Write one of the followings words on each heart: thankfulness, forgiveness, love, wisdom, service, patience. Then spread out the hearts a bit and tape them on the ground. Lastly, use the tape to mark the “tossing” spot (approximately 5-10 feet away from the hearts).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Read the words on the hearts to the children. Explain that each person will take a turn tossing the bean bags to try landing on (or close to) a heart. When a child lands on a specific heart, he or she will give an example of how a believer can show that characteristic (such as, “I can show thankfulness to my mom because she helps me get ready for school”). Encourage the children to be very specific with their examples instead of saying things like, “I need to show forgiveness,” or “I need to show love.” Continue this activity until every word is discussed.

Application:Thinking ahead of time about how we act as believers prepares us for spiritual growth! We want our actions to show others that we believe in Jesus.
