上课前打印活动页，并将纸对折，使孩子们只能看到人物的上半部分。

说明

向学生展示这张图片，只露出人物的上半身。请孩子们描述他们所看到的内容。

接着，将纸张展开，再次向全班展示完整的图片。请学生第二次描述他们看到的画面。

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Before class, print the activity page and fold it in half so that only the top portion of the man is visible.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Show students the picture of the man, with only the top portion of the man being visible. Ask children to describe what they see. Unfold the paper and show the picture to the class again. Ask students to describe the picture a second time.Finish by asking the following discussion questions.

Discussion Questions:

1. What differences did you notice when you saw the whole picture verses only half of it? (Allow for discussion.)

2. Did you look at the man in the picture any differently when you realized he was blind? (Allow for discussion.)

3. In life, do we tend to judge others before seeing the whole picture? (Allow for discussion.)

4. What would it be like to be blind, deaf, or crippled since birth? (Allow for discussion.)

5. How did Jesus treat people with disabilities? (He had compassion on them and healed them.)

6. How may God use people with disabilities for His glory? (He uses people with disabilities in the same manner as He uses anyone else: it is through our weaknesses that God's Strength and Glory is revealed.)
