摆好两组多米诺骨牌——每组至少十块，并排好，使第一块被推倒后会引发整个连锁反应。

让孩子们围在旁边观看，小心不要碰到骨牌。

2.说

你们知道吗？我们的生命其实很像这些多米诺骨牌。一个技能是建立在另一个技能之上的：我们在会走之前要先会爬，在会跑之前要先学会走。想一想，我们生命里有许多类似的例子。

但生命并不会一直顺利：路上会有颠簸；事情不总是照着我们的计划走；有时我们会被拦住，不得不重新开始。

（现在小心地从第一组骨牌中抽出一块，使连锁反应无法完全进行。然后推倒第一块。）

为什么骨牌倒了一段就停住了呢？（让孩子回答。）没错，因为缺了一块。

你知道吗？有些人从未邀请神进入他们的生命。他们缺少了神所要赐的祝福。生命中没有神，就像少了很重要的一块骨牌。

（轻轻推倒下一块仍站着的骨牌，使连锁反应继续完成。）

（再从第二组骨牌中抽出一块，拿在手上——暂时不要推倒骨牌。）

生命中也会有困难和挑战。然而，神渴望祂儿女的生命是“完整”的。祂给我们许多祝福，例如：

祂的儿子耶稣
圣灵
祂的话语——圣经

这些祝福使我们能够活得更有力量、更有盼望。它们帮助我们面对困难，克服障碍。神的祝福，都是我们生命中非常重要的那几块骨牌。

（小心地把缺少的骨牌放回去，然后推倒第一块骨牌，看它顺利完成连锁反应。）

What is Missing?

God's blessings empower us to live our lives to the fullest.

MATERIALS:

Dominos

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Set up two sets of dominos in such a way that all the blocks will topple over in a chain reaction when the first domino is pushed over. For effect, have at least ten dominos in each set. Have the kids gather around the dominos, being careful not to disrupt the blocks.

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

Did you know that our lives can be a lot like these dominos? One skill or talent is built upon another. We had to learn to crawl before we could walk, and learn to walk before we could run. If we think about it, there are lots of examples like this in our lives.

Our lives will not always run smoothly, there will be bumps in the road, things will not always go as planned. There will be times when we are stopped and will have to start over again.

(Carefully remove a domino from the first set, so that the chain reaction of toppling dominos will stop at the missing piece. Push over the first domino.)

Why did the chain reaction of falling dominos stop? (Allow for answers.) Yes, there was a missing piece. Did you know that some people haven't invited God into their lives? They are missing the blessings that He provides. Not having God in their lives is like missing very important pieces. (Push the next standing domino over to finish the chain reaction.)

(Carefully remove a domino, from the second set and hold it up as you continue the object talk. Do not knock down any dominos yet.)

There will also be obstacles and challenges in this life. However, God wants His children's lives to be complete. He provides us with many blessings, such as His Son Jesus, the Holy Spirit and His Word - the Bible. These blessings from God help empower us to live our lives to the fullest. They help us overcome the hardships of this life. God's blessings are very important pieces in our lives. (Carefully replace the missing domino and then push the first domino in line to start the toppling of dominos.)
