今天我们要通过一个有趣的手工活动来学习如何让“喜乐”充满我们的心。我们将一起背诵一节经文、着色一张喜乐卡片，并把它放进“爱心信封”中，来表达我们从耶稣这里领受的喜乐。

你可以用任何你觉得能表达喜乐的颜色来涂你的喜乐卡片和爱心图案。爱心只需要涂其中一面。涂好后，把爱心图案贴在信封正面。然后翻过信封，打开它，把喜乐卡片放进去，但不要封口

我要因耶和华欢欣，因救我的神喜乐。

“在主里喜乐”就是因为祂是谁、因为祂的作为，我们感到欢喜快乐。我们应该时时喜乐，因为我们靠着圣灵的能力和耶稣我们的救主而活。

可以再一起背一遍这节经文，帮助孩子记住。

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

PREPARATION:

Print and cutout the joy cards and hearts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Today we are going to learn about having joy in our hearts as we make a fun craft. We will express our joy by reciting a scripture, coloring a joy card, and placing them inside our heart envelopes. You can color your joy card and heart any color that expresses how joyful you feel about receiving the joy of our Savior, Jesus. Color only one side of the heart. When you have finished coloring, glue your heart to the front of your envelope. Then flip the envelope over, open it, and put your joy card inside. Don't seal the envelope.

Read Habakkuk 3:18 aloud to the class.

Rejoicing in the Lord means to be happy—joyful because of Him and all that He is. We should be joyful all the time because we are powered by the strength of the Holy Spirit and Jesus our Savior. Recite the scripture one more time.

Timesaving Option: Glue the hearts to the front of the envelopes before class.

Increased-Difficulty Option: Have the children sing the following song:"I’ve got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart.Where? Down in my heart.Where? Down in my heart.I’ve got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart to stay.”(On the word stay, have the children put their joy cards into their envelopes.)
