我想请你们每个人画一只自己很想养的宠物，也可以画一只你已经养着的宠物。画完以后，每个人都有机会把自己画的宠物介绍给全班。

讨论问题：

谁是这只宠物的主人？
谁会照顾你的宠物？
谁会喂它？
谁会陪它玩，也让它知道自己被爱？
你觉得你的宠物会听你的话，按照你的指示去做吗？

如果你常常和自己的宠物在一起，它就会认识你的声音，也会回应你的指令。宠物会听从并跟随主人的指示。如果把你的宠物和许多其他动物放在一起，你能从中认出自己的宠物吗？

（能。孩子们很可能可以从一群动物中认出自己的宠物，因为他们爱自己的宠物，也一直在照顾它的需要。）

你们知道牧人是照顾什么的吗？（羊。）当羊听见牧人的声音时，就会立刻听从。羊知道谁是自己的牧人，牧人也认识自己的羊。

你们知道吗？耶稣就是我们的好牧人。对祂来说，我们远远不只是宠物，我们是神的儿女。耶稣爱我们，也照顾我们。我们需要常常花时间与祂在一起，好让我们越来越认识祂的声音。

Who Is My Master?

Children will have fun connecting the similarities between a pet hearing its owner’s voice and sheep knowing their shepherd’s voice.by Kristy Thornton

TOPICS:

MATERIALS:

Paper, markers or crayons

DURATION:

Approximately 10 minutes

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

I would like each of you to draw a picture of a pet you would love to have or maybe one you already own.Afterwards each of you will have a chance to share the pet you drew with the rest of the class.

Discussion Questions:

1. Who is the pet’s master?

2. Who is going to take care of your pet?

3. Who is going to feed it?

4. Who will play with your pet and show it love?

5. Do you think your pet will listen and follow your directions?

If you spend time with your pet, it will know your voice and respond to your commands. A pet will listen and follow its master’s directions. If your pet were mixed together with other animals, would you be able to pick it out of the group? (Yes, the students would be more than likely to pick their pet out of a group because they love their pet and take care of its needs.)

Do you know what a shepherd takes care of? (Sheep) When the sheep hear the shepherd’s voice, they listen and obey right away. They know who their shepherd is and the shepherd knows his sheep.

Did you know that Jesus is our Good Shepherd? We are much more than mere pets to Him we are God's children. Jesus loves us and cares for us. We need to spend time with Him so we know His voice.
