说明

在课堂上，孩子们先把纸上的两个圆剪下来，在大人的帮助下，把一个黄铜圆钉从中心穿过，固定两个圆，完成转盘组装。手工完成后，孩子们可以在转盘的正面进行装饰。

当孩子们在制作“自制力转盘”时，可以讨论：每天我们都会遇到许多事情，这些事情可能会让我们远离神。但神的话语——圣经，给我们指引和鼓励，帮助我们抵挡错误的事。当我们遵行神的话语时，我们的自制力会不断增长。

圣经说：“务要谨守、警醒。因为你们的仇敌魔鬼，如同吼叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找可吞吃的人。”（彼得前书 5:8）

Self-Control Wheel

A fun way for kids to find a verse from the Bible that will help them when they feel tempted.

DURATION:

Approximately 15 minutes

PREPARATION:

Before class, print out a craft sheet for each child.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

During class, the children can cut the two circles out and with help from an adult, push a brass brad through the center. After the craft is assembled, the children can decorate the front.

As the children work on their Self-control Wheel, discuss how there are so many things that we are faced with every day, that can draw us away from God. But God's word, the Bible, gives us instructions and encouragement to help us resist doing things that are wrong. When we obey God's Word, our self-control will grow.

The Bible says, "Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour." (1 Peter 5: 8)
