课前准备

课前，打印并剪好全部 24 张职业卡片。为了获得更好的效果，建议使用中等厚度的卡纸。

说明

1.做

分队：将全班分成两个队。
抽卡：将职业卡洗牌，背面朝上放在桌上。请A队派出一名队员，从卡堆顶端抽两张卡片。
表演与描述：
- 该队员可以用动作（类似“你来比划我来猜”）或描述卡片上的职业。
- 但不能使用卡片上写的任何词语。
- 例如：不能直接说“屠夫”，但可以说“切肉的人”来引导队友猜出“屠夫”。
限时：每位队员只有 30 秒时间。
- 一旦队伍猜出第一张卡，就立即进入第二张。
- 每猜对一张卡得 1 分，单轮最多可得 2 分。
轮流进行：A队完毕后轮到B队，依此轮换，每次换一名新队员。
记录分数：在白板上记录每队得分。
计算结果：卡堆用完后，统计各队总分，得分高者获胜。

讨论问题

什么叫‘为主而做’？→ 意思是对神所赐的工作心怀感恩、谦卑服事。
一个人如何在工作中荣耀神？→ 努力工作、诚实守信、归荣耀给他人等。
为什么做事时保持好态度很重要？→ 鼓励孩子们自由分享自己的看法。
别人怎么看待一个职业，真的重要吗？→ 如果这个工作不是违背神旨意的诚实工作，别人怎么看其实不重要。因为一切诚实的工作都是神所预备的。

What Am I Doing?

Children use actions and descriptions to get their teammates to guess what they are doing.

DURATION:

Approximately 15 minutes

PREPARATION:

Before class, print and cut out all 24 cards. For best results, use medium card stock.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Form two teams. Shuffle the job cards, and place them face down on a table. Select one player from team A, and give him or her two cards from the top of the stack. This person can use actions, similar to charades, or describe what the job is shown on the card. However, he or she cannot use any word written on the card. For example, the person could say, "Someone who cuts meat" to get someone on the team to say, "butcher." Players have only 30 seconds so they must be quick. As soon as the team correctly guesses the first card, start on the second card. Each correct guess by any team member is worth 1 point, so it is possible to get 2 points each turn.

After the first team goes, select a player from team B, and let team B have a try. Alternate back and forth between the two teams. Give the cards to a different player each time. Tally how many points each team earns on the whiteboard.

After reaching the end of the stack, count the total number of points to determine the winning team.

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

In our little game, we mentioned many different kinds of jobs. Some took a lot of skill, like doctors or surgeons. Some didn't require much skill, like babysitting. However, all are important, and no matter what we are doing, we should do it for the Lord with joy and gratitude.

Discussion Questions:

1. What does it mean to work for the Lord? (It means to be humble and thankful for the work God provides.)

2. How can someone glorify God at work? (Work hard, be honest, give credit to others, etc.)

3. Why is it important to have a good attitude when doing something? (Allow for answers.)

4. How much should it matter what others think about someone else's job? (If the job is not something that goes against God’s Will, what others think should not matter at all, because God provides all honest work.)
