每个人都有一张纸。我想请你们画一样自己害怕的东西。可以是任何事情。也许是曾经发生在你身上的一件事，所以现在你会害怕；也可能是你从来没有真正见过或经历过的事情，但你心里还是会害怕。

（和全班一起复习下面这节经文，并结合孩子们画的图，帮助他们明白为什么我们可以“不要害怕”。）

“耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还怕谁呢？耶和华是我性命的保障，我还惧谁呢？”（诗篇 27:1）

为什么我们不需要害怕这些事情呢？（因为主耶稣是我们的亮光、我们的拯救，也是我们生命的保障。）现在，我们把自己害怕的事情放进这节经文里，帮助自己学习不要害怕。

例子：

“耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还怕谁呢？”不怕黑暗。

“耶和华是我性命的保障，我还惧谁呢？”不怕蜘蛛。

“耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还怕谁呢？”不怕暴风雨。

“耶和华是我性命的保障，我还惧谁呢？”不怕鲨鱼。

Approximately 10 minutes

WHAT YOU WILL SAY:

Each person has a piece of paper. I would like you to draw something that you are afraid of. It can be anything. It can be something that happened to you and now you are afraid of it or it can just be something you have never seen or experienced, yet you are afraid of it.

(Review the verse below with the class. Use their drawings to demonstrate why we “fear not.”)

"The LORD is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1 NIV

Why shouldn’t we be afraid of these things? (Because the Lord Jesus is our light, our salvation, and stronghold.) Let’s plug in our fears at the end of each verse to help us not be afraid.

Examples:

The LORD is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? Not the dark.The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? Not spiders.The LORD is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? Not storms.The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? Not sharks.
